The down and dirty of the program: You can send emails to your level one (your direct referrals, or YOUR TEAM) concerning any links, suggestions, programs, etc. These are the people that you referred to the site. They are your personal team.

As your direct referrals start to build their own teams, you now have a matrix started ,so to say, building underneath you! If you bring in say 20 people, and they each bring in 20 people, so on and so forth, you now have groups of teams under you, each led by their own team leader. But you can now understand the power of getting your own team built up! The more you can get on your level one, or into your team, the more people and teams that will be building under you! But again, everyone can only contact the people directly under them. (level 1)

TO MAKE THIS SITE WORK: Everyone that receives a link, must make a choice!You either
1) sign up to the program that was just sent to you. You then copy the email that was sent to you by your upline, you remove their link, paste in your own link, and then pass it down to your level one! This should continue down through the entire membership! If you join the program you are more than welcome to change the email anyway you see fit, or completely re-write it, but be sure to send to your level one with your link so that they can make their choice to join or not.
2) IF you decide that you do not want to join the link sent to you, that's fine! This is everyone's choice. If you decide not to join, then simply copy the email from your upline, including your uplines link, and send that down to your level one! Everyone MUST do this to make it all work. If you are a top tier member, and you simply blow off the link sent to you, you are also leaving out the 100, 200, 500 members that came in under you! Let them make their own personal choice as to join or not! PLEASE PASS ON ALL LINKS!

Hear the Admin deliver the punch : "Any member of the site can send a new program or pre-launch to me, Admin, top of the site matrix so to say. I also have the choice to join your link, or I might just take your link and pass it down though the membership. I will only do this if the program you suggest fits a few guidelines that I look for! You will find these on the page before you make your suggestion. I simply CAN NOT send every single link that I get! That would create the same attitude here, as on so many other sites!
